From the first point of contact through the end of your project, it will be obvious we consider your experience with us to be the most important part of our business. Here, you will be greeted as a welcomed guest into our establishment.

 The Sales & Design Consultants

 It starts with our friendly, knowledgeable staff of highly trained professionals – our Sales and Design Consultants Sheila Euler and Sue Elliott. They will guide you through our extensive showroom, where you will find a vast selection of our beautiful marble and granite displays and other natural stone products. Sheila and Sue will impress you with their knowledge of our products and the best installation possibilities. Then, they will take you on a brief tour of our “on-site, state-of-the-art” fabrication facility. There you will see our fabrication equipment and machinery as well as a huge inventory of granite, marble, travertine, limestone and keystone. Following your tour, you and your consultant will sit and discuss in what areas of your home you want natural stone. You will have the opportunity to talk about your design goals, budget, material, timeframes, and other information pertaining to your project. After you’ve had this initial experience with us you will know how important the “Customer Experience” is to our consultants.

 The Master Crafters

 On staff, we have two certified master craftsmen who direct and inspect each and every project. Dennis Zeis is our Master Craftsman Field Foreman. He exclusively templates each job. No one leaves the job site until Dennis says it’s perfect. Shane Loyd is our Master Craftsman Shop Foreman. He is the person who actually fabricates your job. He and his team of professionally trained experts work to create the most beautiful natural stone product possible. No fabricated job leaves our shop without Shane’s stamp of approval.

 It is the “Customer Experience” that drives these gentlemen’s passion for perfection on your job!

 The Executive Staff

 Lee Pratt is the Owner of Exotic Marble & Granite, and he is also available to our customers for consultation. He has more than 30 years of experience in the stone business and is actively involved in the day to day operation of the company. Laura Hughes has been the General Manager for ten years. Together, Lee and Laura have cultivated a winning team through hard work, leadership, dedication, and a strong belief that each and every customer deserves the best they can offer at all times. It is not uncommon that one or both of them personally “hand select” your material, no matter how far they have to travel. Exotic Marble & Granite will not accept poor-quality material. There are various grades of stone in each category, and the untrained eye may not be able to tell the difference. If your project is made from low-grade material you may not notice it initially, but you will see the difference over time and use.

 It is the “Customer Experience” that inspires our Executive Staff to select only the best.

 The Support Staff

 Our Support Staff includes Office Personnel Heather Denney and Janet Applegren, International Relations Manager Chris Gavilanes and the Office Manager Darlene Castaldo. They are truly the backbone of Exotic Marble & Granite. They are knowledgeable and willing to assist you with anything you may need.

 It is the “Customer Experience” that compels this group to complete the unlimited list of tasks throughout the entire operation.
